It’s a celebration of both the voice actor Jay Novello – who appears in our first two features – and THE LAST EPISODE of “X-Minus One,” as we listen to the only 70’s episode that was produced. It’s another great day spent in the Digital Salon, and we want you to be there.
First, we have a Jazz Heavy episode of “Richard Diamond,” where Lt. Walt Levinson has been kidnapped by a pretty big gangster, and it’s up to Diamond, Otis, and the usual suspects to break every law imaginable, leave a trail of bodies behind them, and all in the name of rescuing Diamond’s old friend. Then, we find a strange story in the City of Baksheesh, as “Rocky Jordan” is caught up in a complicated blackmail scheme, which nearly compromises his Cafe, his friendship with Sam, and his future in Cairo, if he can’t get to the bottom of things, and fast!
Then, we find a curious case involving pistols, as “Blackstone” is called to help recover some missing jewelry, and soon enough, we find him confronting someone in the most unusual of ways. And, in our final story (and final “X-Minus One” installment), a suburban family trades in their cooking robot for a newer model, one that, after a malfunction, puts the family on the strictest diet it can imagine.
