I’m not sure if I could be more unhappy as of late, and nothing really seems as fun or as important as it once was. There’s no doubt about it: I’ve been fumblin’ with the blues quite a bit lately, and it seemed like a good time to actually play a large grip of Blues songs, to help reflect my mood on the radio. There’s not a lot of mixing or anything like that. Instead, we cover a wide and vast range of blue music – including a full live set by Hairspray Blues, and Portland due that was on the show almost 20 years ago. There’s a lot of old stuff, some new-ish stuff, and I try my best to get things off my chest. Perhaps you can weigh in on the results.
